"Wrestling is a sport that’s for everyone," says Carley Rusk, head coach of the high school's new girls wrestling club. “It doesn’t matter how athletic, fast or strong you are, there’s a spot for you," adds Rusk. "It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time on the mat or you’ve been on it for five years. We welcome everyone and encourage them to try something new. We want to help you, empower you, and ensure you have fun along the way.” Learn more: https://www.geneseoschools.org/article/943991

These 3rd grade students had to put on their detective hats for the "Who kidnapped Mr. Hofer?" drawing conclusions activity yesterday. They had to investigate the crime scene (principal's office) and come to a conclusion on which Southwest staff member kidnapped Mr. Hofer. We are happy to report that the 3rd graders were successful in identifying the kidnapper and Mr. Hofer has been safely returned to Southwest!
