The third annual 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb will be held on Saturday, September 9 at Geneseo High School’s Bob Reade Field from 7 to 11 a.m.
Organized by the Geneseo Fire Department, the event is open to the public and free for those who want to participate.
This year’s event features a variety of merchandise which can be ordered online through All in Stitches and Underground Graphics.
Following last year’s event, Geneseo Community Unit School District #228 was proud to recognize seven Geneseo firefighters and present them with Maple Leaf Medallions for their work in honoring the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
