It's almost Go Time! 8th graders visited GHS today to meet and learn from Mr. Ryerson, Mrs. Emmerson, and Mr. Mosier, as well as some awesome Link Crew student leaders. They got a tour of the school, asked great questions, and got their first really cool taste of high school.

Mr. Hamilton's 7th grade GMS art students have been creating some AMAZING pieces in an itty bitty format. In case you can't tell, all of the pieces are in a real life matchbox created to represent something about the students. Also included in this post is an article, by Mr. Hamilton, published in School Arts Magazine. It's about our GMS 7th grade art classroom that students and Mr. Hamilton share with Lucy. Read it to learn more about how art, social-emotional learning, and a therapy dog, work together to make art class creative, fun, and rewarding.
