6 Geneseo Middle School swimmers represented the Geneseo Gators and 1 represented the East Moline Swim Club at the Davenport Fall Frolic Swim meet this past weekend. Lucy Walck, Henry Pratt, Brooke Herington, Rykken Schweitzer, Xander Soukup and Eli Natario from the Gators. Kendall Murphy from the East Moline Swim Club. Lucy swam 2 new races; the 200 breaststroke and freestyle. Henry had a great race dropping 16 sec in his 100 back. Brooke swam the longest race of the meet, the 500 free, that’s 20 laps. Rykken and Xander both swam the 100 breast stroke dropping 13 seconds for Rykken and 22 seconds for Xander. Eli dropped time in his 50 free. Kendall’s greatest drop in time came in her 200 IM (2 laps of every stroke) with a 22 sec drop!!! Now back in the pool to train hard for their next meet in November!! Great job swimmers!
