Are you a responsible and organized person who likes to take pictures of all your friends? Do you want to help create this year's GMS yearbook, and capture all of the memories of the school year? We are looking for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders for our GMS yearbook staff. Pick up an application in the main office and return it by next Thursday, September 7th. 7th and 8th graders who want to run in their first hour Student Council elections next week are reminded to have their application forms turned into their first period teacher by Friday.
GMS Picture Day is next Wednesday, Sept 6 during your PE class. You will receive information on picture day from Photographic Arts on how to order your photos online.
The GMS Softball team topped Shepherd Middle School last night 5-1. Emma Schroeder got the win on the mound. Penny Kline went 3 for 3 and Natalie Minnaert 3 for 4 to lead GMS to victory. The team went undefeated in the regular season with a record of 8-0. Post Season will begin next week. Thanks to the students and staff who came out to watch last night!
