Attention Contig Club: Well, there is a new sheriff in town, and we're not talking about Officer Berthoud. The OG's were looking to defend their title and be repeating champions. They even had a great use of an exponent for a pivotal score to keep them in the game. However, the Rizzley Bears were pretty ferocious. They got off to a good start and never looked back. Congratulations to our new champions, the Rizzley Bears. They are Luke McCann, Kellan Miller, and Wyatt Mickley. We hope you enjoyed your Hershey's Bar, Cookies-n-Cream Hershey's Bar, and Milky Way!
Attention 6th and 7th graders who signed up for golf. Coach Brucher sent out an email with information regarding the team. Please read it as soon as possible. If you have any questions please reach out to Mr. Brucher or Mr. Verner.
The GMS Boys track and field teams traveled to Rock Island to compete in the 2023 Heartland Conference Track and Field Championships. In nearly perfect conditions, the boys track and field teams were also nearly perfect. Both the 7th and 8th grade teams were announced as the team champions. Congratulations guys. If you have a chance, congratulate both the girls and boys teams for winning the conference this year. Both the girls and boys teams head to Dixon this weekend. Good luck GMS track and field.
