Attention Student Council:
There will not be a Student Council meeting this Thursday, due to no late start. Take a well-deserved break and we will see you next week.
Picture Retakes:
Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen - Picture retakes will be today during your lunch in the Library Lobby Loft.
Fall Play:
This year’s fall play is “Down to Earth.” It is a good comedy. Show dates and times are this Thursday and Saturday at 7:00 PM and this Sunday at 3:00 PM. The cast, crew and staff would appreciate your attendance and support of their work. You will see many of your classmates and friends in the show. Hope to see you there.
Samples at Lunch:
Ahoy there!! Sail on up during lunch today and try out our samples. We will be sampling Woodles and a drink. The Woodles will be available on all serving lines to sample. The drinks will be available at a serving station with our special guest.
US Army Visit:
On Friday, October 18th, the U.S. Army will be visiting Geneseo High School during 7th period. If you are interested in meeting with the U.S. Army, please visit the Counseling Office for more details and to sign up. You must sign up before to obtain a pass, and confirm the visit will be taking place.
University of Chicago College Visit:
The University of Chicago will be visiting Geneseo High School today during 7th period. Please remember to sign up before the visit in the Counseling Office.
Platteville and Mizzou College Visits:
On Thursday, October 17th, the University of Wisconsin Platteville will be visiting Geneseo High School during 6th period and Mizzou during 7th period. If you are interested in meeting with the University of Wisconsin Platteville or Mizzou, please visit the Counseling Office for more details and to sign up. You must sign up before to obtain a pass, and confirm the visit will be taking place.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Park District:
If you are interested in volunteering at the Park District, there are volunteer opportunities and contact information listed on the announcements bulletin board in the main hall. Silver Cord timesheets can be found on the GHS website or in the Front Office.
