Geneseo High School will host nearly 20 local marching bands at the Maple Leaf Classic on Saturday, September 21.
Area bands will compete for top honors on Bob Reade Field with performances starting at 2:30 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and free for ages 5 and under.
The day will feature a special performance by the renowned Badger Band from the University of Wisconsin.
This event is one of the Geneseo Performing Arts Council’s biggest fundraisers of the year, with all profits directly supporting Geneseo schools’ music programs.
