Starbooks Café:
Tomorrow will be the last Starbooks Cafe for the year. Stop in the library before school to discuss books and share hot beverages.
Fine Arts Signing Day:
There will be a Fine Arts Signing Day during WIN on May 8th. Seniors that plan to participate should find a sign-up form in your email or in the AP Office. Forms are due to the AP Office by Wednesday, May 1.
Writer’s Club:
The Writer’s Club will hold their April meeting on Tuesday, April 30, in Room 4 with Mrs. Brossman from 3:00-4:30.
Prom Tickets:
Prom tickets will be sold this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the lobby by the Main Office. They will also be sold Thursday morning from 8:15-8:45 a.m. Tickets will be $10 a piece. You must have a ticket to attend prom which will be held at the Quad City Botanical Center on Saturday, May 11th.
May Study Hall Release for Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors:
Study Hall release will start on Wednesday, May 1st. Students will receive ineligibility notices on Monday, April 29th and Tuesday, April 30th. In order to be eligible for Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Study Hall release for May you must clear the following obligations:
- Grades of D+ or higher in all classes
- No 1st Semester 2023 failed classes
- No unpaid library fines
- No unserved discipline
- Students who have 6th period Study Hall and a 7th period class are not eligible for Study Hall release.
Silver Cord Opportunity:
ICC has a volunteer opportunity for 4 students on Friday, May 3 from 3-4 p.m. We need students who are able to help load yard sale items into our bus following our yard sale on that date. The location will be at Inspire Continuing Care, 218 S. State Street. Interested students can email Jenn Johnson at: inspirecontinuingcare@gmail.com
