Radio Club Meeting:
Radio Club will meet today at 3:10 p.m. in the Radio Studio. All students with an interest in radio broadcasting are welcome.
Seth Ernst Memorial Soccer Slam:
Registration is OPEN for the 17th annual Seth Ernst Memorial Soccer Slam! Get together with your friends, come up with a creative team uniform, and register soon at https://sethernstsoccerslam.org/registration/
GHS Men play Saturday, February 24th and GHS Women play Sunday, February 25th. For the Love of the Game, join us for a fun-filled day of soccer and great sportsmanship!
Student Parking:
There are 2 locations available for campus student parking; East/West facing spaces in the Facility lot, West lot from the 2nd row & back. The front row of the West lot is for Staff parking only. In addition, the following areas are non-parking locations for students: State Street in front of the school on both sides of the street. Circle drive, South lot, and the 5 North/South spaces in the Facility lot.
Gray Matters Meeting:
There will be a Gray Matters meeting this Friday in the Theatre during WIN. Please join us as we talk about gratitude.
Attention Juniors:
There will be a class meeting in the Theatre during WIN today. Please report to your WIN class for attendance first. We will be discussing options for your Senior year English class.
Attention Seniors:
You are getting an email from Mrs. Anton today with both the Senior Hall of Fame and Senior Quote Google Form Links. Please make sure to read the directions on BOTH documents before you submit. Senior Hall of Fame voting will end on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Senior Quotes will be open until Friday at 3:00 p.m.
Mathletes:
It is that Special Time of the Year again, what time is that you may ask? Well, it is time for the Mathletes to begin another glorious season. If working on exciting math extension problems interests you, then this is YOUR CLUB ! If you are not interested in the Mathletes, don’t worry, hopefully someone who is good at math (like Buddy) will take care of you later in life. The Mathletes sign-up will take place this Thursday morning at 8:30 A.M. in MR. C’s Room #38.
Silver Cord Volunteer Babysitting Dates:
GHS is hosting Pre-School Family Nights from 5-7 p.m. on November 15th, December 12th, February 8th, and April 15th. Any students wishing to volunteer helping young children with activities and games is encouraged to sign up in the Front Office. Students will be able to earn Silver Cord hours. Please sign up in the Front Office.
Navy Visit:
The Navy will be visiting Geneseo High School on Tuesday, November 14th during 6th period. Please visit the counseling office to sign up.
